Fall is in full swing here at the Antique Exchange…we have so many amazing things to add to your home!  Beautiful chests of drawers, lovely settees, fantastic Oriental rugs and great gifts.  We are bringing in Saundra Messinger jewelry and plan on several shows this fall to highlight portraits, jewelry and other items.  Please come in to browse and feel free to contact us with any suggestions or questions….

Sadly, summer is winding down…..after these last weeks of August, Antique Exchange will host its Huge Fall into Fall sale.  Starting with First Friday on September 4th,  so many things will be on sale!  All light fixtures, accessories, pillows, throws, upholstered furniture and throw rugs will be 40 (forty) percent off.  Yes, forty.  Case pieces, tables and other items will also have huge discounts.  We have lots and lots of gorgeous items coming in for the fall and winter seasons, as well as beautiful antiques….so we need to make room!  If you’ve had your eye on something, here’s your chance!

*  Pillows are still “buy one get one half price” and lots of our summer jewelry is on sale as well. 

*We are having fun helping more and more people decorate their homes… from one small space to entire houses…..utilizing new fabrics on older pieces and accenting with antique case pieces and smalls both old and new.

Summer has started with a burst at the Antique Exchange!   Now it’s on to HonFest this weekend - stop in while you’re in the ‘hood this Saturday and Sunday…lots of sales, live entertainment, delicious food and of course, the biggest hair and best “hon” pageants.   

Our design services are taking off as well….please inquire if you are in need of any  help  - from small changes in one room to the entire house!  We can update what you have by adding new items and fabrics, while  making  a home feel warm by working with antiques.  Our passion is combining old and new to create inviting and  unique spaces.

** The third bit of news is that a  Roberta Freyman Trunk show will be held here at the store on Wednesday, June 10.  Come from 12-8 to shop Roberta Freyman and Roberta Roller Rabbit - two amazing lines of tunics, textiles and jewelry.

Whew!  We are finally up and running …  welcome to the Antique Exchange web site.  We hope to update regularly to keep you informed of new items and special events.   Please use the site to contact us and feel free to ask questions.  The store is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 until 5.  The first Friday of every month we, along with most every store in the neighborhood, hold First Fridays.  The next First Friday is on June 5 - we will be open until 8 that night.  We will have wine & cheese and special sale prices on everything.  Also, on Wednesday, June 10, we will hold a Roberta Freyman/Roberta Roller Rabbit trunk show.  Many of you know of Roberta Freyman’s beautiful textiles - tunics, quilts and more.  Stay posted for more information on this!  For now, enjoy the site & check back often.
